This website is a closed site, and is only intended for neurologists registered for the Stratify JCV Test. The purpose of this site is to provide relevant information, as well as to allow the user to order sampling material and book pick-up of samples. Please contact your local Biogen contact if you cannot confirm the information below.

Unilabs has pre-defined your shipment procedure (ambient or dry ice). To determine your method of shipment, please see your site specific Test Request Form for further information.

Ambient Sample Shipment (DHL)

Pick-up of ambient samples can be booked either via this website, by calling DHL directly or by using the Ambient Sample Pick-Up Order Form, which you will have received when ordering sampling material. All relevant information on how to book pick-up of samples can be found on the Test Request Form.


Ambient Sample Shipment (Marken)

Pick-up of ambient samples can be booked by contacting Marken directly. All relevant information on how to book pick-up of samples can be found on the Test Request Form.


Dry-ice Sample Shipment

Please note that when shipping samples on dry ice, all shipping documents, as well as transport box and dry ice, are provided by the courier. Pick-up of dry ice shipments are country specific, and we therefore kindly ask you to follow the instructions on the Test Request Form, to schedule the pick-up.


Shipping Labels (DHL)

Please note that the option to order additional DHL shipping labels has now been removed. Additional DHL labels are only necessary if sites still have shipping boxes with TNT shipping documents in stock, as shipping boxes have been pre-labelled with a DHL shipping label since 15. June 2017. Should your site require additional DHL-labels, we kindly ask that you contact Unilabs Helpdesk.
