This website is intended for HCPs (Healthcare professionals) registered for Stratify JCV and CSF JCV DNA testing. On this website you can find the relevant information on how to order sample materials, book pick-ups of blood samples and view test results.
OBS: Due to the ongoing situation with Covid-19, there could be potential courier delays of up to 48 hours for Stratify sample pick-ups and sample material deliveries. We advise that the ambient blood samples are kept in the refrigerator until the samples are picked-up.

Please note that this is the new platform for STRATIFY™ testing, launched on March 9th, 2020. With the launch of the new platform, all existing STRATIFY users will need to reset their password to activate their account. An email with new login details and instructions was sent to main account holders on March 9th. If you are the main account holder but did not receive a password recovery email, a new email can be requested via "forgot my password". Once the main account holder has gained access, additional users can be added. If you have not received a password recovery email, this may mean that you are not registered as the main account holder for the account. If you are an existing STRATIFY user with a Unilabs account, please DO NOT register for a new account. “Register a new account” should only be used if your center has not used the STRATIFY platform before. If you have any questions related to accessing your STRATIFY account, please contact Unilabs helpdesk.
